* IMPACTS...At 28.6 feet, Water begins covering Highway C about a
half mile south of Highway B in St. Charles County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 27.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:30 PM CDT Sunday was 27.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.5 feet
tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
