Multiple rounds of thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall will continue tonight. An additional two to three inches of rain, with locally higher amounts are expected. * WHERE...In Illinois, Hancock and McDonough Counties and Missouri, Clark and Scotland Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Flood safety information can be found at www.weather.gov/safety/flood. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Do not drive into water covered roadways. The danger of flash flooding increases at night when it is harder to see.
