expected tonight into early Friday.

* WHERE...This is for most of southern Illinois, far western
Kentucky along and west of the Land Between the Lakes, and all of
southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
