In north central Missouri, Carroll, Chariton, Linn, Macon and Randolph. * WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 841 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated rain will taper off from west to east across the area over the next couple of hours. Runoff from the earlier 1.5 to 2.5 inches of rainfall will continue to produce flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Additional rainfall amounts up to a quarter inch is possible as the rain moves east of the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
