Some roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 814 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected. Between 2.5 and 7.0 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
