- At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 6.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening to a crest of 19.2 feet Wednesday evening. It
will then fall below flood stage late Thursday evening.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

KS, Leavenworth, Linn KS, Miami and Wyandotte and Missouri,
including the following areas, Bates, Carroll, Cass, Chariton,
Clay, Cooper, Henry, Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette,
Pettis, Platte, Ray and Saline.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of heavy rainfall are likely Monday morning and again
