* IMPACTS...At 22.3 feet, Southern portions of Old Rock Road and
Twisters Road south of Rhineland begin flooding near this height.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
Monday morning to a crest of 23.3 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
