In north central Missouri, Carroll, Chariton, Linn, Macon and Randolph. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 513 PM CDT, the transportation department reported that numerous, mainly rural, roads were closed due to flooding from earlier rainfall of 2 and 4 inches. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
