In southwest Missouri, Douglas. * WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1038 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... South Fork Jacks Fork River at Stillhouse Road, North Prong Jacks Fork at Arroll Road, Big Piney River at Cleveland Road, Gill Branch at Highway Y, Little Piney River at Union Road, North Fork River at Highway EE and Eleven Point River at County Road 1550. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mountain View, Willow Springs, Cabool, Birch Tree, Huggins, Montier, Clear Springs, Elk Creek, Solo, Arroll, Simmons, Pine Crest, Teresita, Bendavis and Ozark National Scenic Riverways. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
