Winds could gust as high as 30 mph over mainly over northeast Arkansas and the Missouri Bootheel leading to blowing snow at times. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee. * WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Expect power outages that last more than a day and extensive tree damage due to the ice.
