Southeastern Grundy County in north central Missouri... Linn County in north central Missouri... Livingston County in north central Missouri... Macon County in north central Missouri... Southeastern Putnam County in north central Missouri... Northern Randolph County in north central Missouri... Sullivan County in north central Missouri... Adair County in northeastern Missouri... Southern Schuyler County in northeastern Missouri... * WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 115 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
