* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Louisiana.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The first quarter mile of Edison Avenue
beyond the railroad tracks begins flooding near this height.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 15.5 feet and nearing a
crest.
- Recent Activity...The river rose above flood stage on June 21 and
is near a crest.
- Forecast...The river is expected to crest near 15.6 feet just
after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late
Wednesday evening.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

- At 10:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 25.2 feet and nearing a
crest.
- Recent Activity...The river rose above flood stage this morning
and is near a crest.
- Forecast...The river is expected to crest near 25.3 feet just
after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
Wednesday evening.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
