HOLT AND CENTRAL ANDREW COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM CDT...

At 540 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Troy, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Savannah, Highland, Troy, Oregon, Amazonia, Fillmore, Rosendale, and
Fanning.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 29 between mile markers 55 and 72.
Interstate 229 between mile markers 13 and 14.

possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following
areas, Atchison KS and Doniphan and Missouri, including the
following areas, Andrew, Atchison MO, Buchanan, De Kalb, Gentry,
Harrison, Holt, Nodaway and Worth.

* WHEN...Through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rounds of heavy rainfall will be possible Thursday into Friday
morning.
