MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN TODAY...

Efficient daytime mixing will lead to both low relative humidity
and increasing wind gusts into the afternoon, resulting in a
window of elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions.
Winds will generally be the limiting factor, with most wind gusts
expected to remain within 20-25mph with an isolated gust to 30mph
possible. Relative humidity will drop into the mid to upper teens
during the peak heating afternoon hours.
