...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST MONDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 40 degrees below zero in northeast Minnesota and as low as 35 degrees below zero in northwest Wisconsin. * WHERE...All of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. * WHEN...Until Noon CST Monday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills of 30 to 40 degrees below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A temporary pause in the coldest wind chills will occur this afternoon, but quickly drop down again this evening. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. &&
