Kittson, Roseau, West Marshall, East Marshall, Pennington, Red
Lake, East Polk, North Clearwater, Mahnomen, South Clearwater,
West Becker, East Becker, Wilkin, West Otter Tail, East Otter
Tail and Grant. In North Dakota, Towner, Cavalier, Pembina,
Benson, Ramsey, Eastern Walsh, Eddy, Nelson, Grand Forks,
Griggs, Steele, Traill, Barnes, Cass, Ransom, Sargent,
Richland and Western Walsh.

* WINDS...South to southeast wind 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55
mph today turning southwest across eastern North Dakota by
