accumulations up to one inch. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy
mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet accumulations
between 3 and 9 inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of
an inch possible.

* WHERE...Crow Wing, Aitkin, and and Cass Counties. This includes
the Tribal Lands of the Mille Lacs Band, Big Sandy Lake and, East
Lake areas.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM CDT early this
morning. For the Winter Storm Watch, from this afternoon through
late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
