Tail, and Wilkin Counties. In North Dakota, Ransom, Richland, and
Sargent Counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 3 PM CST this
afternoon. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 3 PM this afternoon
to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero
