MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations between 7 and 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45
mph.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti,
Ramsey, Washington, and Goodhue Counties. In Wisconsin, Barron,
Polk, Pierce, and St. Croix Counties.

* WHEN...From noon today to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
