For the Cold Weather Advisory, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below expected. * WHERE...Benton, Morrison, Stearns, Todd, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Douglas, Pope, and Stevens Counties. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 3 PM this afternoon to noon CST Friday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from noon Friday to midnight CST Friday Night. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
