10 PM CDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations between 8 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph.

* WHERE...Morrison, Todd, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Douglas Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
