For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 degrees below zero possible. * WHERE...Crow Wing, Aitkin, Cass, Itasca, Carlton, South and Central St. Louis, Southern Cook and Southern Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation, the Fond du Lac Band, the Mille Lacs Band, Big Sandy Lake and, East Lake areas and the Bois Forte Band, Deer Creek and, Lake Vermilion areas. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 3 PM CST Thursday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 3 PM Thursday to 11 AM CST Friday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Friday morning through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills colder than 50 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
