45 degrees below zero possible.

Central St. Louis, Southern Cook and Southern Lake Counties. This
includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation, the
Fond du Lac Band, the Mille Lacs Band, Big Sandy Lake and, East
Lake areas and the Bois Forte Band, Deer Creek and, Lake Vermilion
areas.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 3
PM CST Thursday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 3 PM Thursday
to 11 AM CST Friday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Friday
