Winds gusting up to 50 mph may result in blizzard conditions later Sunday into Monday morning. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Minnesota and central, southwest, and west central Wisconsin. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
