* WINDS...For the Red Flag Warning south winds 20 to 30 mph with
gusts up to 45 mph, and for the Fire Weather Watch west winds 10 to
20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the Red Flag Warning Around 20 percent, and
for the Fire Weather Watch Around 17 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.

...GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL SUPPORT ELEVATED
FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND BLOWING DUST TODAY...

South winds will increase this morning with sustained winds at 20
to 30 mph and gusts up to 40 mph. The wind may cause areas of
localized blowing dust and reduced visibilities. Travelers should
proceed with caution and remember to turn on your headlights.

In addition, elevated fire weather conditions may occur due to
these winds and dry conditions. Relative humidity values will be
in the 25 to 35 percent range.
