This includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation. * WHEN...From 5 PM Tuesday to 3 AM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a 20 to 30 percent chance for gusts in excess of 60 mph. If higher winds are expected or observed a High Wind Warning may be neeed. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. For the Gale Warning, west winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves 7 to 10 ft expected. * WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN and Grand Marais to Taconite Harbor MN. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 3 AM to 6 AM CST Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM Tuesday to 6 AM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional gales are expected Wednesday evening into Thursday.
