* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and west central
Minnesota and northwest and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to noon
CST Friday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from noon Friday to
midnight CST Friday Night.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
