Total ice accumulations up to two tenths of an inch. For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 13 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Minnesota. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM CDT Sunday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 10 AM Sunday to 7 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
