The National Weather Service in Twin Cities/Chanhassen has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Sunday morning through Sunday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Western Minnesota, Central Minnesota, and South Central Minnesota. * WIND...South to southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 32 mph. * HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions are forecast to occur.
