Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...South Aitkin and Carlton and South St. Louis Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Mille Lacs Band, East Lake area and the Fond du Lac Band. * WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Expect visibility less than 1/4 mile at times and snow covered and slippery roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The majority of ice accumulations will be Friday evening and Friday night. For the Gale Warning, from 1 AM to 10 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
