For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...Lincoln, Lyon, and Murray Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 9 PM CST this evening. For the High Wind Warning, from 9 AM to 6 PM CST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree branches. Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
