between 6 and 13 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze
possible. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Minnesota and east central South
Dakota.

* WHEN...From 10 PM Saturday to 7 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Whiteout
conditions will make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
Strong winds could cause tree damage.
