* IMPACTS...At 885.0 feet, Flood waters begin to reach the alley way
along the river at the foot bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 215 PM CDT Thursday, the stage was 884.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight to a crest of 885.1 feet Saturday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday
evening.
- Flood stage is 885.0 feet.
