...NEAR-CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON FOR PORTIONS OF FAR NORTHERN MINNESOTA... Dry conditions with relative humidity values between 20 and 30 percent are forecast this afternoon and early evening for portions of northeast Minnesota north of a line from Big Falls to Ely to Gunflint Lake. East winds of 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 15 mph are forecast. Together, these conditions may cause fires to spread. Check burning restrictions and fire danger before burning.
