* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Low lying areas and some roads along the
river begin to experience flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 300 PM CDT Monday, the stage was 10.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Wednesday morning and continue falling to 8.1 feet Monday,
July 14.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
