Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Kandiyohi, McLeod, Meeker, Renville, Stearns, Todd, Wright, Redwood, Chippewa, Douglas, Lac Qui Parle, Pope, Stevens, Swift, and Yellow Medicine Counties. * WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
