* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 4 and 6 inches and ice accumulations from a
light glaze to around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high
as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis Counties. This includes the
Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice accumulations will be primarily
Friday evening and Friday night.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM CDT this
afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 1 AM to 10 AM CDT
Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
