* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties,
Allamakee, Chickasaw, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek,
southeast Minnesota, including the following counties, Fillmore,
Houston and Mower, and southwest Wisconsin, including the following
county, Vernon.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area
creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy
rain.

- Widespread rain will continue through today with additional
rainfall amounts of up to 2 inches possible.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1030 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding
across the warned area due to 4 to 8 inches of rainfall that
occurred overnight. Multiple roadways across the region are
closed.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the
warned area.

Austin, Preston, Stewartville, Chatfield, Spring Valley,
