For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 35 degrees below zero expected. * WHERE...All of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon CST today. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 degrees below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside.
