La Crosse County in west central Wisconsin... Monroe County in west central Wisconsin... * WHEN...Until 815 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 202 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated 1 to 3 inches of rain has fallen over the past 3 hours. Additional accumulations of 1 to 4 inches will be possible through 8AM. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
