creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

- Additional rainfall is expected throughout the day over areas
that saw 5 to 8 inches of rain overnight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 202 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated 1 to 3 inches of rain has
fallen over the past 3 hours. Additional accumulations of 1 to 4
inches will be possible through 8AM. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
La Crosse, Winona, Austin, Sparta, Tomah, La Crescent, Caledonia,
Preston, Onalaska, Holmen, West Salem, St. Charles, Chatfield,
Spring Valley, Westby, Rushford, Lewiston, Trempealeau and
