...Extremely Hazardous Driving Conditions... Light to moderate snow will persist through the evening. Temperatures now in the low 20s and earlier wet roads in combination with the ongoing snowfall has caused extremely slick road conditions. Drivers are urged to slow down and use extreme caution this evening. The snow will gradually diminish between 6 PM and 9 PM. However, falling temperatures will sustain icy conditions on untreated surfaces.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Snow totals of 1-3 inches have been reported across portions of SE MI. An additional 1-2 inches of snow accumulation will be possible through this evening. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan. * WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A highly localized band of snow currently resides across portions of Livingston, Oakland, and Macomb County. This band of snow will gradually move southeast through the Metro region through the early evening hours. An additional 1-2 inches of snow accumulation will be likely with this enhanced region of snow banding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling.
