* WHERE...Portions of Central and Western Lake Superior.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and waves.

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
13 inches possible, greatest accumulations across the north half.
Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, strongest near Lake Superior.

* WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very
difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down
tree branches, which may cause sporadic power outages.
