Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 122 PM EST /1222 PM CST/, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to rain and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
