Water halfway up windows on automobile building at Ionia Fairgrounds. Water begins to flood parking lot of Dollar General store, Save-a-Lot, and the Ionia Secretary of State office. Homes along Quarry Road begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 20.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.4 feet just after midnight tonight.
