* WHERE...Green Bay North of line from Cedar River MI to Rock
Island Passage.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon
to 11 PM EDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 11 PM
this evening to 8 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
