WEATHER... * Lake effect snow bands will continue to impact Southeast Michigan through early afternoon, although coverage and intensity of these bands will decrease. * Additional snow accumulations remain under an inch. * Northwest winds around 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. * Air temperatures will range between 23 and 27 degrees. IMPACTS... * Accumulating snow may lead to slippery roads particularly on bridges, exit ramps and overpasses. * Snowfall rates less than a half inch per hour may cause reductions of visibility to less than one mile. There may be rapid fluctuations of visibility. && PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...; * The combination of snow and cold temperatures will result in; localized slippery conditions and variable traffic rates; throughout the county.
