Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Central Chippewa and Western Chippewa Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Quick drops in visibility under heavy lake effect snow bands and accumulating snow on roads may result in continued hazardous travel.
