...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM EDT /845 PM CDT/ THIS EVENING... ...REPLACES FLOOD WARNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Upper Michigan, including the following counties, Delta, Dickinson and Menominee. * WHEN...Until 945 PM EDT /845 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 652 PM EDT /552 PM CDT/, local law enforcement reported heavy rain and snowmelt in the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
