Additional snow accumulations between 5 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations over a foot and ice accumulations over a quarter of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Presque Isle County. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 2 AM EDT Saturday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Saturday night through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
