Total snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations between one tenth to one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Alpena, Cheboygan, Emmet, Montmorency, and Presque Isle Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 6 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
