IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

CLAIR COUNTIES THROUGH 200 AM EDT...

At 1259 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Brown City to Almont to near Rochester.
Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Warren, St. Clair Shores, Port Huron, Mount Clemens, New Baltimore,
Richmond, St. Clair, Algonac, Romeo, Croswell, Yale, Capac, Brown
City, Lexington, Lakeport, Sterling Heights, Marysville, Marine City,
Clinton Township, and Armada.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
areas, Bay, Genesee, Huron, Lapeer, Lenawee, Livingston, Macomb,
Midland, Monroe, Oakland, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair,
Tuscola, Washtenaw and Wayne.

* WHEN...Through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- In the last 10 days, most of southeastern Michigan has seen
1.5 to 4.5 inches of rainfall which has saturated soils
before the main spring green up. Several rounds of showers
and thunderstorms are likely tonight and continuing through
Thursday evening. Over this span of time, an additional 1 to
2 inches of rainfall are expected with 3 to 4 inches possible
in some areas dependent on thunderstorm coverage and tracks.
